What’s New in Claude Code 2.1.312 and Copilot CLI 1.0.105

Claude Code 2.1.312

• A new oidc.user_id_claim for the Claude apps gateway, so you can identify people by an id_token claim other than sub (like Entra ID’s oid).
• Click to send: in fullscreen, clicking the “to send now” hint under a queued message sends it right away.
• Fixed: Claude overwriting a very large CLAUDE.md, rules file or included file after reading only its start. Write now asks it to read the whole thing or edit in place. That’s a good one.
• Fixed: managed settings and org policy not being fetched after signing in from the VS Code extension.
• Fixed: skills not found after a cd deeper into a repo, plus several resume, PDF-reading and effort-display bugs.

Copilot CLI 1.0.105

A one-liner: picking Copilot Fusion High or Max in /model now works from long-context sessions.
