SpaceXSI’s data science team wrote up Data Bot, a Team Bot in Grok Bot that they’ve taught to work the way they do.
What it does
- Queries the warehouse, runs analyses and returns results in whatever form each person wants
- Unlike a personal bot, it draws on a shared set of skills the data team maintains, so everyone benefits as those skills get better
- Shared memory keeps what it learns from use, like who owns a pipeline, or that an old metric drop turned out to be a regional holiday
- The team, as its managers, reviews what it proposes to remember
The goal: a small team stops being the bottleneck and spends more time improving the AI teammate.
My take
Skills plus reviewed shared memory is the right shape. The human review step is what keeps a team bot from confidently learning the wrong thing.
