Apple says iPhone Duo demand has been “nothing short of extraordinary.” Pre-orders opened Friday at 5 a.m. Pacific, and within minutes delivery dates slipped from October 23 into November. By 5:30 a.m. they hit January 25.
So if you didn’t get in right away, you can’t get an iPhone Duo from Apple this year. Rumors had already said supply would be tight because of manufacturing problems. Apple has sometimes shipped sooner than quoted on past launches, so maybe that January date improves.
I’m curious to see these in the wild. If you snagged one, let me know how it is.
