Omarchy N1x ARM Laptops + One aarch64 ISO (Reported)

Omarchy Central reports an October 15 merge adding ASUS ProArt P14 and Dell XPS 16 on NVIDIA N1x (linux-omarchy + NVIDIA open driver), plus a single aarch64 ISO covering N1x, Snapdragon, GB10, and generic ARM — not Apple Silicon. Citing omacom/omarchy PR #14820 and omarchy-iso PR #251. Not in a numbered release yet.

Treat as reported + early hardware

The write-up is upfront about rough edges: Dell EC events missing, Dell headset mic gaps, some aarch64 packages absent from edge, Snapdragon DSP tested on one laptop, USB4 docks sometimes needing a replug. That is bring-up language, not polish language. If you own a ProArt P14 or XPS 16 N1x, watch the next Omarchy version — do not assume today’s ISO is a daily driver.

One installer deciding the board at install time (like x86_64) is the interesting architecture choice. Apple Silicon stays a macOS-side install path. Edge aarch64 packages come from pkgs.omarchy.org ahead of Arch Linux ARM.

My bar

I will get firmer when there is a public ISO link and a release note, not only a merged PR summary on a community site. ARM Omarchy matters. Early N1x support is promising. Promising is not “flash it on the only laptop you travel with.”

Also verify whether your exact SKU is ProArt P14 H7407BA or XPS 16 DX16263 before you celebrate — bring-up PRs name boards for a reason. Adjacent ARM laptops are not automatically in scope just because the ISO string says aarch64.

No public download link yet, per the community write-up. That alone keeps this in “watch the next release” territory for me.

Have a blessed day!
