Detroit Lions linebacker Jack Campbell went down with a neck injury making a tackle on Nov. 1 and was carted off on a backboard. After the game, his coach had the team take a knee and pray for him, CBN News reports.
The update
On Wednesday Campbell said he has full movement in his lower body and is making progress in his upper body. “My faith in God has never been stronger. I know He has a plan for me, and I trust in that plan,” he said, thanking the trainers and the staff at Henry Ford Hospital.
My take
A locker room on its knees is a beautiful thing. Keep praying for full healing. Our God still heals. “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds” (Psalm 147:3).
God Bless, and May the Source Be with You!
