On Bryce Crawford’s podcast, Sadie Robertson Huff took on one of the questions she hears most: “What’s God’s will for my life?” Charisma has the story.
Her answer
You won’t have every detail figured out, and you don’t need to. She points to what Jesus said sums it all up: love the Lord with all your heart, soul, mind and strength, and love your neighbor as yourself (Mark 12:30-31). “Whatever I do, I’m going to do for the glory of God and not for man.”
She also noted how fast plans can fall apart, like during COVID, and that God’s purposes are bigger than the disruptions.
My take
That takes a lot of pressure off. God’s will isn’t a hidden maze. Love Him, love people, and follow the Spirit’s lead one step at a time: “Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit” (Galatians 5:25). He’s a lamp for the next step, not a floodlight on the next ten years (Psalm 119:105).
