An update on Lemonade, the AMD-backed local AI server I covered in post 1527. Version 2026.45.3 is out, Phoronix reports.
What’s new
- A fully redesigned desktop app and web UI, with built-in tools, a new model manager, a visual router policy header, more languages and a mobile web UI
- The HTTP server rebuilt on a route-class architecture
- Support for the 2-Horizon family (0.9B to MoVA-36B-A4B) and Flint models
My take
A friendlier UI makes local AI on AMD hardware easier for everyone, not just people comfortable in a terminal.
Review before you install: read the release notes yourself, back up your config, and try new versions somewhere you can afford to break first.
