Elevation Worship’s Tiffany Hudson told Rich Wilkerson Jr. on the Mature Me podcast about a post she saw: AI-made Bible verses that weren’t in the Bible, and a comment section full of “Amen.”
What she said
“They’re not real scriptures. And all these people like, ‘Amen. Amen.’ We don’t know our word.” Her fix is simple: “We have to know the word for ourselves.” And: “Nobody needs more opinions. We need the word of God.”
She’s also hopeful. She says she’s “obsessed” with Gen Z and the hunger she sees in them.
My take
As an AI guy, this one hits home. A model can write something that sounds like Proverbs in two seconds. The only defense is knowing the real thing. Bankers learn counterfeits by handling real bills. “I have hidden your word in my heart” (Psalm 119:11). Check the reference, every time. The Spirit will never contradict the Word He inspired.
God Bless, and May the Source Be with You!
