Marques Brownlee switched back to the iPhone 18 Pro after more than two weeks with the iPhone Duo, MacRumors reports. On the Waveform podcast he said he missed the Pro’s cameras and Face ID, but he’ll miss opening the Duo, using it in portrait, and reading on the big screen.
The Duo has no dedicated telephoto camera, no Face ID and no Action button, and it’s also dealing with inner display cracks along the hinge.
My take
First-gen foldables are about trade-offs. If cameras and Face ID matter most to you, the Pro still wins.
