If you’ve got scripts or a TUI that depend on Omarchy’s clipboard keys, check this one. In Omarchy 4.5, Super+C and Super+V in a terminal now send Ctrl+Shift+C and Ctrl+Shift+V instead of Ctrl+Insert and Shift+Insert, Omarchy Central reports.
Details
- Other apps still get plain Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V
- New: Super+A sends Ctrl+A (select all) everywhere
- Super+X (cut) and Super+Ctrl+V (clipboard manager) haven’t changed
- “Terminal” means Alacritty, kitty, Ghostty, foot, WezTerm and Omarchy’s own TUI windows
My take
Ctrl+Shift+C/V is what most Linux terminals expect, so this is the right default. If you use some other terminal, make sure it gets tagged as one.
God Bless, and Happy hacking!
