Pastor Ron Carpenter preached a message called “Your Door Is Opening,” Charisma reports, and he believes God is shifting a season of closed doors into sudden breakthroughs.
The message
- From 1 Corinthians 16:9, “a great door for effective work has opened to me, and there are many who oppose me”: “a new adversary is announcing a new opportunity”
- Some doors open by faith, some through intimacy with God’s presence, and some stay shut until an appointed time. He calls those “timing doors”
- Blind Bartimaeus waited years, and everything changed in one moment when Jesus passed by (Mark 10:46-52)
He was honest that the years since COVID were some of the hardest for him in understanding God’s timing.
My take
Test every prophetic word (1 Thessalonians 5:20-21), but this one lines up with Scripture: opposition doesn’t mean God said no. Keep crying out like Bartimaeus, stay close to His presence, and be ready when the door opens.
God Bless, and Use the Source!
